Born and raised in the Pacific Northwest, Holly joined our team after leaving Southern Oregon in 2018 for the warmer energetic scene that is Chattanooga. Having worked the Chattanooga Real Estate market for the past several years, Holly prides herself on welcoming those who are moving into Chattanooga from out of state as well as guiding life-long Chattanoogans into their next home. 


In 2023, Holly participated in the Greater Chattanooga Realtors Leadership Academy, providing a rich opportunity to cultivate strong working relationships with top agents in the Greater Chattanooga area. For the past 25 years, I’ve built a fulfilling career in real estate while balancing family life and pursuing my passions. I grew up in the Bay Area, enjoying an unforgettable childhood, before spending a decade in Austin, Texas. When the housing market crashed, my husband transitioned from a career in new home sales to owning an insurance business founded by his grandparents in 1946, which brought us back to California.


We’ve raised three wonderful children: one is a 1st Lieutenant in the U.S. Air Force, another is a dialysis technician, and our youngest is a first-year student at Baylor University. Now, as recent empty nesters, I’m embracing my hobbies, which include watching romantic comedies, attending live concerts, and cheering on the San Francisco Giants and Atlanta Braves. I also love competing in pickleball tournaments and spending time on the court whenever I can.
